Tatum Games LLC (“Tatum Games”, “us”, “our” or “we”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our users (“users” or “you”). This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information, including personal information, and data that you provide or we collect in connection with our websites, including www.tatumgames.com, www.tatumgames.com/developer, (the “Sites”) or any Tatum Games’ game provided on a mobile platform (for example, iOS and Android) (collectively, the “Service(s)”). Please note that the scope of this Policy is limited to information and data collected or received by Tatum Games through your use of the Service. Tatum Games is not responsible for the actions of third-party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information or data you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to those sites does not constitute our sponsorship of, or affiliation with, those people or companies.

By using the Service, you are expressing your agreement to this Policy and the processing of your information and data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) applies to our sites, products, and services (collectively, “Services”) that link to this Statement. Tatum Games is the controller of all Personal Information subject to this Statement for our Services targeted to United States customers. We also provide Services in many other different countries.

2. WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION. We want to be clear about what information we collect and how we use it to deliver our Services to you, operate our business, and help make our Services useful, more intelligent, and work better for you. We do not sell or share your Personal Information with third-parties for their own commercial uses without your consent.

a) Personal Information We Collect. In connection with accessing our Services, we may collect information from you which can be used to identify you (“Personal Information”), such as your name, shipping/billing address, email address, phone, username, and password. We get information about you in a range of ways.

 Information You Give to Us

We collect your name, email address, and other information you directly give us on our Sites. This happens when you register an account, sign in, pay a bill, purchase a Service, use a Service, or provide feedback. Certain information may be required to register with us or take advantage of some of the features of the Services. We may also get information from other companies or third parties, such as when you sync a third-party account or service with your Tatum Games’ Service, or when we may use service providers to supplement the Personal Information you give us (e.g., validate your mailing address) to help us maintain the accuracy of your data and provide you with better service. Information Automatically Collected

Whenever you interact with our Services, we automatically receive and record information about you and your computer (“Usage Data”) on our server logs from your browser or devices. For example, when visiting our website, we log your computer operating system type, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing our website, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times, internet protocol (IP) address, log files, unique device identifiers, and information about your use of and actions on our website

Cookies: We may log information using “cookies.” Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. Cookies help us make our Services and your experience better. We use cookies to see which parts of our Services people use and like and to count individual visits to our website.

Web Beacons: We may log information about you using digital images called web beacons on our website or in our emails. We use web beacons to manage cookies, count visits, and learn what marketing worlds and what does not.  We also use web beacons to analyze wheater you open or act on our emails to you.

Our Services may change over time and we may introduce new features that may collect new or different types of information.

Mobile Applications

When you use any of the Tatum Games’ games on a mobile platform, we may record certain information and data, such as your application usage, access, session times, in-app purchases, your unique device ID (persistent / non-persistent), hardware type, media access control (“MAC”) address, international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”),  the version of your operating system (“OS”), your device name, your email address (if you have connected to Facebook or Google+), and your location (based on your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends and improve and optimize the Services and your user experience, and may also be utilized for other purposes, such as interest-based advertising as described elsewhere in this Statement.

 In addition, we create a unique user ID to track your use of our Service. This unique user ID is stored in connection with your profile information to track the Tatum Games’ games you are playing.

We may occasionally send you push notifications through our mobile applications to send you product updates, friend requests, high scores, and other service-related notifications that may be of importance to you. You may at any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by turning them off at the device level through your settings.

With only your express consent, we or our partners may collect your precise location-based information (GPS) for the purpose of matching you with opponent players in your local area, to tailor content specific to your area (such as event announcements), to show your location to other players, and to match your device location to certain points of interest for purposes of interest-based advertising as described elsewhere in this Statement. Other players in our games may then be able to see that you are available to play when you participate in specific areas of our games. Please note, participation in this part of the Service is not a requirement for all gameplay in our games, but it may be a requirement, for example. to participate in local gameplay with others in your area.

 Other Collection Practices

The Sites include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Sites. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Sites, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Sites. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Tatum Games may offer you the opportunity to invite your contacts from a Social Network Service (such as your Facebook friends) so that those contacts can be located in Tatum Games’ games and/or you can invite them to join you in Tatum Games’ games. Such contact information will be used only for the purpose of sending communications to the addressee. You or the third party may contact us to request the removal of this information from our database to the extent Tatum Games’ stores any of this information.

We may also acquire information from you through (1) your access and participation in message boards on the Service, (2) your participation in surveys regarding the Service, or (3) your participation in a sweepstake or contest through the Service.

We may provide you the opportunity to participate in a sweepstake or contest through our Service. If you participate, we will request certain personal information from you. Participation in these sweepstakes and contests is voluntary and you, therefore, have a choice whether to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name, shipping/billing address, and email address), and geographic information (such as zip code).

We use this information to notify winners and award prizes, monitor traffic, or personalize the Service. We may use a third-party service provider to conduct these sweepstakes or contests; that company is prohibited from using your users’ personal information for any other purpose.

b) How We Use Your Information, We may use your information, including your Personal Information, for the following purposes:

Account Registration

We may use your name, address, phone number, and email address to register your account for certain Services we provide and to communicate important information to you. We may obtain additional Personal Information about you, such as address change information, from commercially available sources, to keep our records current. If you set up an administrator account that may be accessed by people other than you, please note that they may see and have the ability to change or delete your Personal Information.

To Provide Our Services and Operate Our Business

We may use your information to operate our business, including providing Services you requested, provide you with support related to our Services, and to help us protect our Services, including to combat fraud and protect your information.

Customer Service and Technical Support

We may use your name, address, phone number, email address, how you interact with our Services, and information about your computer configuration to resolve questions you may have about our Services and to follow up with you about your experience. We also offer various Internet chat services, for example, to speak with a Tatum Games support representative. Internet Chat transmissions are encrypted but you should not supply more Personal Information than is required to address your specific issue. A transcript of the session is retained to resolve questions or issues related to our Services.

Communicate with You

We may occasionally send you push notifications to communicate with you about our Services and to send you product updates, offers for third-party products and services, and other service-related notifications that may be of importance to you. Feedback

We may share your information, including Personal Information and Usage Data, with third-party service providers who perform various functions to enable us to provide our Services and help us operate our business, such as website design, sending email communications, fraud detection, and prevention, customer care, or performing analytics. Information Sharing Between Tatum Games Entities

We share your information, including your Personal Information, with and among our affiliates and subsidiaries, except where prohibited by law. Affiliates and subsidiaries means companies related by common ownership or control. The reasons why we share your information include for our everyday business purposes, such as to: process your transactions, maintain your accounts, operate our business, etc. We will also share your information in order for us to be able to offer our products and services to you. We may also share information about your creditworthiness, your transactions, and your experience so that we can operate our business effectively, detect and prevent fraud, and improve our Services.

Other than as set out above, we will provide you with notice and the opportunity to choose when your Personal Information may be shared with other third parties.

 3. SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. We use reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. Unfortunately, it is impossible to guarantee the security of data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network. Therefore, although we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems. We may provide links to third-parties’ websites, which we do not control. Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

 4. DATA RETENTION AND YOUR ACCESS RIGHTS. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

In accordance with and as permitted by applicable law and regulations, we will retain your information as long as necessary to serve you, to maintain your account for as long as your account is active, or as otherwise needed to operate our business When you close your account, we may continue to communicate with you about our Services, give you important business updates that may affect you, and let you know about products and services that may interest you unless you have opted out of receiving marketing communications. We may also continue to use some of your information for business purposes and to improve our offerings or in some cases to develop new ones. We will retain and use your information as required by applicable regulations and Tatum Games’ records and information management policies to comply with our legal and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, complete any outstanding transactions, and for detection and prevention of fraud.

As required by applicable law, including the U.S. – E.U. Privacy Shield Framework, you may contact us to confirm whether we maintain, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your Personal Information and to review it in order to verify its accuracy and the lawfulness of our processing of such Personal Information. Where you have determined that the Personal Information we collected about you is inaccurate or processed in violation of applicable law, including the U.S. – E.U. Privacy Shield Principles, you may also request that your Personal Information be corrected, amended, or deleted. 5. PERSONAL INFORMATION OF CHILDREN. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from or about children under the age of 13, except as permitted by U.S. federal law. If we discover that we have received any personal information from a child under 13 in violation of this Privacy Statement, we will delete such information from our servers and records promptly.

We recognize the importance of safeguarding the privacy of children and encourage parents to check and monitor their children’s use of online activities regularly.
